What the details window of documents with process looks like
The details window of documents which belong to a category with an associated process have a process bar at the top.
The process bar shows all the states that make up the process.
The button bar of the details window of documents with process have two additional buttons "Undo" and "Forward".
How to know a document state from the details window
In the details window, the state of the document will appear on the process bar marked in red.
